• We don't have a physical store, we make all the clothes in Atelier Yovini - Sewing Atelier.
• We always try to maintain a guarantee of the highest quality and modern design of every YOVINI dress.
• All items are handmade and made with lots of love.

YOVINI clothes can only be found on our official website: www.atelier-yovini.com

• It is not mandatory, you can also place orders as a nan-registered user.
• For your convenience, you can register before placing an order on the site.

• To make a "Quick order", please enter a phone number, note that you agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the site, press the "Order" buton. We will contact you by phone and clarify all the details,such as size, delivery, payment, etc. Easy and very convenient way to order.
• Order by first selecting the model, then size from "Sizes", add quantity, press the "Buy" button. Your product has been added to your cart. Go to "Cart' /top right next to the store name/, press the "Order" button. A Customer Data form opens, fill it in and press "Continue". On the second step - View the order, you can choose a delivery method. You will have free delivery to Bulgaria.
• You choose a payment method, note that you agree to the general terms and conditions of the site and select "Order". We will contact you and clarify all the details of the order and delivery.

• You cam measure your naked body measurements as described in Table.
• Compare your measurements with hers.
• If you're having trouble measuring and determining your size, don't worry! 
• We will contact you after accepting your order and advise you on the dimensions and specify all the delivery details.

The products offered on www.atelier-yovini.com  can be paid for in several ways:

• Cash on delivery to the courier upon receipt of the shipment - in cash or with a debit or credit card, via the courier's mobile terminal. For deliveries in Bulgaria, we work with courier companies Speedy and Econt.
• By bank transfer to Yovini 21 Ltd, upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed and shipped.
• With Pay Pal payment, once shipped your order will be processed and shipped.

• Payment with Borika virtual POS terminal. Through this method, you have the option to make a payment on the site with a debit or credit card.

• After successful completion of an order, the number is displayed on the site.
• You will automatically receive an e-mail for the order placed on the site.We will contact you by phone to confirm your order and clarify the details.
• You will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm your account on the site and add a password to enter it.

• Delivery to Bulgaria - available products are delivered to you within 4 working days.
• If the product is not available or is made to order, it will take 7 working days for the product to be made.
• Delivery abroad - the delivery time depends on which part of the world the shipment will be sent to 5-15 working days.

• All shipments sent by YOVINI, include a "View and Test" option. Through it, you can take advantage of the opportunity to review and test product in the presence of an employee of the courier company. after that, you can save or return them.

As YOVINI ships all of its items for FREE, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Within 3 days of receiving the shipment, send an email to atelier.yovini@gmail.com

Fill our the form you received with the shipment. You can return the parcel to Speedy's office, Bulgaria, Plovdiv, 2nd City Hospital, 9 Nikola Vaptsarov Blvd.

The product must comply with the specified Conditions for returns in Delivery.

Attach a completed Return Form and  the receipt you received to the shipment. After receiving a returned shipment, it will be carefullyinspected and you will receive an email aboutnthe status of the returned product and the deadline for the refund.

We do NOT exchange products. After returning a product, the customer can place a new order.

CUSTOM SIZE items are NOT returnable.

Please be careful when trying on clothes. If they have stains or other damage, we reserve the right to refuse to return the products.

Yes of course!

• Through the www.atelier-yovini.com  website you can place your order with delivery abroad.
• Order with delivery outside the country must be prepaid along with the shipping cost.
• Payment is made befor completing the order by card. Delivery of available models is within 5-15 days depending on destination.
• Shipments sent to countries outside the EU are subject to customs duties and fees determined by the receiving country. The consignee is responsible for paying the import duties and taxes.
